Appointment
I am absolutely convinced that every person already knows the solution to their own problems. But they don’t always know that they know it.
After all, a question that is always difficult to solve is a question of choice as choosing involves giving something up.
A coach has a specific professional task - to discuss the problem to make all alternatives clearly visible, that is, “turn on the light in a dark room.” This way, the person develops the ability to handle problems independently.

I work with adults offline and online.
Respect and confidentiality are the main principles of my work.
